Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced Registered Nurses who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home services to patients in their homes in multiple locations including these and adjacent areas:
l West Los Angeles l East side of Long Beach l Downtown Los Angeles l Culver City l Playa Vista l Santa Monica l Playa Vista
This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

Required Skills and Experience
- At least one (1) year of experience as an RN, Home Health experience preferred
- Valid California RN license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Located in Southern California
